Remove Current Earned Values

Use this option to clear the current reporting period earned values. This may be necessary to correct errors in the data for the current reporting period.

1. Select Home > Earned Value in the Navigation Menu. The main EVMax window displays.
2. Select your project from the Project dropdown in the Ribbon Menu.
3. Select the Admin tab.
4. Click the Remove dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and then click Earned. A Remove Earned dialog box displays.
5. Accept the default Period setting in the dropdown. The default is the current reporting period end date.
6. Click OK. The current reporting period earned values are deleted.

What to Do Next

• Manually enter the current status again (Work Package tab, Status EVT tab) to recalculate the earned value data you just deleted. See Status Work Packages or Status Material Work Packages. Also see Generate Earned if you have any work packages assigned the earned value technique Earned as Spent.
• If you have integrated your schedule and cost data, Import Schedule Status again to recalculate the earned value data.
